Do you offer sustainable fashion options?
Yes! We’re proud to offer sustainable viscose options in our Dresses collection and are continuously working to expand our eco-conscious offerings. Look for sustainability information in individual product descriptions.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout or by visiting the account registration page. Having an account allows you to track orders, save favorites, and check out faster.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Delivery & Shipping

What delivery options do you offer?
We offer two delivery options tailored to your needs:
  • Express Delivery (£12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx with priority handling and real-time tracking
  • Free Standard Delivery: For orders over £50, 15-25 business days via EMS with tracking included
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally, excluding some Asian and remote regions. International customers may be responsible for customs fees, which vary by country.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS depending on your chosen shipping method).
What if my delivery is taking longer than estimated?
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control like customs processing or carrier delays. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Some exclusions may apply (see next question).
Are all items eligible for return?
Most items are returnable, but please note:
  • Final sale items from our Last Chance section cannot be returned
  • For hygiene reasons, certain accessories may be non-returnable
Always check the product page for specific return eligibility.
How do I initiate a return?
Please email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll provide return instructions. Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Our company is located at 60 Market Passage, Cambridge, GB CB2S 4PI. While we don’t have a physical store open to the public, we’re proud to serve customers worldwide through our online boutique.
Do you offer gift cards or gift wrapping?
Currently we don’t offer gift cards or gift wrapping, but this is something we’re considering for future updates to our service!
