At New Modern Dress, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved curating it for you. However, we understand that sometimes an outfit might not be the perfect fit. Our returns policy is designed with the same care we put into selecting our Wedding Guest Dresses and Trousers & Skirts collections.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items from our Last Chance collection or any personalized/custom-made items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package your return: Securely pack the item(s) with the original packaging and include the completed returns form (we’ll email this to you).
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our Cambridge address using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Exchange Process

Prefer a different size or color from our Bestsellers or Co-ords collections? Follow the same steps as above, clearly stating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying your preferred alternative.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received (standard shipping times apply)
