  • Available for orders over £50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your New Modern Dress purchase as much as we loved selecting it. If you need to return an item from our Bestsellers, Co-ords, or other collections, here’s how:

Return Guidelines

  • Timeframe: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Non-returnable items: Final sale items from our Last Chance collection and any personalized/custom-made items

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and return details
  2. Wait for approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and an RMA number
  3. Package your return: Include the item in its original packaging with the completed returns form (we’ll email this to you)
  4. Ship your return: Send to our Cambridge address using a trackable service (return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless item is faulty)

Exchange Process

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
