We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch)
2. Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 days after dispatch)

Processing time is 1-2 business days for all orders. We cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia.

5.2 Delivery Responsibilities

Once shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Please:

• Inspect packages upon arrival
• Report any visible damage to the carrier immediately
• Contact us within 24 hours for damaged/missing items

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your New Modern Dress purchase. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if:

• Item is unworn, unwashed with tags attached
• Original packaging is intact
• Not from Last Chance or customized collections

6.2 Return Process

2. Await return authorization (24-48 hour response)
3. Ship to our Cambridge address with provided form

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.3 Exchanges

For exchanges from our Shop By Edit or other collections:

• Follow standard return process
• Specify desired size/color in your email
• We’ll process once original item is received
